As a Turkish traveler i visit Kazaksthan about 5 years ago .And im sorry about what lady said for Kazakstan . For me Kazakhstan is the most cultured people of the Middle East. And if lady goes the south of Kazakstan (The state of Turan) the capital is yesi (now it is Turkistan) and you will see the answer to the question "How would a Central Anatolian city really become rich?" The magnificent Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Tomb built by Timur in 1389 is there, and a little further from the city is the tomb of Arslan Baba, the teacher of Ahmet Yesevi, and the mosque named after him , These are fascinating works. The tile art in Kazakstan was incredible .And the people is good actually but every country have bad people too and maybe you may have come across :/ .I hope you go to Kazakhstan again and your opinion changes. @@tolga1740 Armenia is not exactly that. If it was, Putin would have prevented Azerbaidjan to kick armenians out of Artsakh. Putin played a double game and is not a true ally of Armenia. France and Canada are both culturally linked to Armenia because the armenian diaspora is huge in these two countries. Also France had many diplomatic incidents with Turkey (also NATO member) and the Karabakh war is a turkish proxy war. Things are more complicated than "NATO/not NATO"

Russia didn't do anything for Armenia because the war zone wasn't in the Armenian territories so technically it was not an aggression against the independence of Armenia. I know there is a huge Armenian diaspora in France and Canada but this is not a war between the peoples, it's between the states. Oh, and speaking of Russia; Russia is the one who turned Armenians against Turks and then Azerbaijanis. Now that Georgia became also an enemy of Russia, that makes Armenia become lonely between hostile neighbors, and that is Russia's fault at the first part. There would be an environment of peace in the region without Russia, which I hope it happens.
