simple problem UK pays less than third world countries Australia/canada hard to get in preferred specialty(canada's weather is also ...) US green card application gonna rip you alive/also the specialty problem

Hello My daughter has done her doctor of medicine degree from Philippines and she is in Canada on visitors. What could be the best option for her to get into medical system here except than MCCQE exam. Is there any other path that she can get an offer letter from medical centres or hospitals?

Sir is it possible to o appear for licencing exam of Canada directly if someone has done residency in Anesthesiology in India and then senior residency of 3 years in India and thereafter 1.5 year of practice in India..if no,then what is to be done to write licencing exam
