Motor and Power: E-bikes come with various motor types and power levels. The two main motor types are hub motors (located in the wheels) and mid-drive motors (integrated into the bike's frame near the pedals). Consider how much assistance you need, especially if you'll be riding uphill or over longer distances.
Battery Range: The battery's range is crucial, as it determines how far you can ride on a single charge. Consider your typical riding distance and choose a battery with enough capacity to cover that comfortably. Keep in mind that factors like terrain, rider weight, and assist level can impact the actual range.
Battery Placement: Batteries can be located on the downtube, rear rack, or integrated into the frame. Each placement has its advantages and disadvantages, affecting factors like weight distribution, aesthetics, and accessibility for charging.
Frame Style: E-bikes come in various frame styles, including step-through, diamond, and more. Choose a style that suits your comfort and preferences, as well as your intended riding style.
Assist Levels: E-bikes offer different levels of pedal assistance, usually ranging from eco to turbo modes. Consider how much control you want over the assistance and how much effort you want to put into pedaling.
Components: Just like traditional bicycles, e-bikes come with different levels of components. Higher-quality components generally result in better performance and durability, but they can also increase the cost.
Tires: Choose the appropriate tire type for your riding style. Wider tires offer more stability and comfort, while narrower tires are better for speed and efficiency.
Suspension: If you plan to ride on rough terrain, consider an e-bike with front suspension (hardtail) or both front and rear suspension (full-suspension) for a smoother ride.

Oh snap off day in the sun 🌞 I was great to get last weekend off and went up Logan Utah canyon to second dam with my friend rex and hike it was great 👍 I'm a truck driver and I go from north Utah to Fort worth Texas and back sometimes I go to Indiana and Chicago I've been a driver since 2010 I've been everywhere in the United States 🇺🇸 but I have a dedicated lane now you have a great day I've seen a few of ride videos from time to time your bronco videos are awesome 👌 jam on and enjoy

Nice video! I have a bafang conversion that I love, have gotten it up to about 38mph on a straightaway. I live in NYC so I have to travel to ride nice trails, are those trails all near your house? I need to move. lol

Their all in a different class and its upto you what suits best. I personly like an ilegal pedal assist bike 3000 whats plus as its in the middle but obviously ilegal

Rikki, I have an Aerial Rider Grizzly. 2 motors 1000W each. 2 batteries. All wheel drive. Throttle and pedal assist 6 levels.

@@ThePoisonDrummer Had mine for about 2 years now. The only complaint I have is the amount of torgue being delivered to the front wheel. Causes it to spin hard on the start and wears down the front tire. Small price to pay for top performance I guess.

While the speed of E-Bikes is impressive I'll still always prefer a gasoline engine in the middle of the frame. I grew up in the 70s and 80s around Hondas and Yamahas and the smell of their exhausts and sounds of their engines is gets my gears turning. Dirt Bikes are so much fun to ride. Hitting those dirt trails.
