Correctly exposed screens are more resistant to breakdown and actually are easier to reclaim. Diazo sensitized emulsion would be my choice because of the wide exposure latitude they offer.

In your section about emulsion you have a white light on your exposure unit when lining up your screens. Is that ok or does it start exposing the screens? I just bought an LED exposure unit and it has a plain backlight and no safe light, so only use i see for it is post exposure to check for pinholes.
