Location Pune. 3 floor parking + 35 floor building. We choose 17th floor , west facing . In front also building. Difference between 2 building is 130 meter(lot of open space as per builder). Amenities(3 acres of amenities) facing. PLs confirm.

Ma ki isko subscription ki padi hai. Kuch bhi bewakoofi ki baaten karta hai phir like , subscribe chahta hai😮😢😂🥶 Wind direction, sun light, sab under construction me check nahi ho sakta booking ke time aur building ready ho jaata hai to choice nahi milta. Ye kya bol raha hai ki ye sab check karke lo to ye kaise ho paayega? Sab log apne preference aur ek mota moti andaze se under construction me book karte hai. Agar resale me lete hai to pehle aisa flat jo har criteria ko poora kare milna difficult hai aur agar mil bhi jaaye to seller ko bhi pata rehta hai advantages aur us hisab se rate badhakar bechta hai. Kuch bhi ideal baaten karte hai ye log 😛🥴 Waste of time.😭
