@neerajagarwal836 It's called UDS undivided share, which means the person who buys the flat owns a percentage of the land as UDS, for example if you buy 1200sqft apt, you might own anywhere between 300 to 500sqft of UDS the land

In Ghaziabad, there are 3+ study flats (around 1900sqft) in a fully developed township & the price is around 70-75lacs, 10 minutes drive from Noida & Indirapuram, 20 minutes drive from Delhi. Is there any good society in Gurgaon where we can expect the same size flat under 1cr ? Please guide.

Forget all, pataudi is a lifetime opportunity, Genuine buyers must know that international airport terminal 3 will be less than 25/30 minutes seamless drive and so will be Huda city centre/ cyber hub Via Dwarka Expressway/Clover leaf. Further Central Haryana, Hisar Jind even Panchkula, Malwa south Punjab etc. will also save driving time immensely once Bahadurgarh spur joins the UER 2/Dwarka Expressway in a matter of few more months🙏

In Bangalore- kadugodi area, a small builder has contructed apartment of G+4 floors, whereas bbmp (permission issuing authority) has given permission for only G+3. Is it ok to buy flat in the top floor ?? I want to purchase this flat for self use only. Will there be any issues that might come up in future ??
