It's literally the Mark 8 bro. It has way more similarities to the armor from the scene than the Mark 9. The only difference is the band color & the shoulder pads. They may look silver in the scene, but that can entirely be bc of the lighting. Like it takes place at night, the color isn't gonna match completely. As for the hot toys point, u don't think it's possible hot toys just got it wrong? I mean they're not entirely accurate all of the time

fair enough! hot toys has been inaccurate in the past, but it still seems odd they chose the 9 over 8 for this very specific two pack though. In regards to the lighting you could be 100% correct but the fact simply is the vfx artists used the mark 7 for this moment so there truly is no definitive answer! unless someone from marvel comes out and says something (and I honestly hope they do 🤣) But your take is just as valid and correct as mine! best left to head-canon for things like this :)

Eu ainda acredito que Mark 8 pela baixa iluminação não conseguimos ver muito bem mas suas faixas suas ombreiras e seu tórax são muito muito com a Mark 8 eu acho que os desenvolvedores design esqueceram de definir qual é e acabar que sem querer juntar a 8 e a 9 numa só vai saber 🤣 😂😂
