On the m157 do you relocate the intake temperature sensor as it will not see the cooling in its stock location

i have a scirocco 1..4 tsi and i had the 100ml nozzle in there it was way to much it took me some HP so i changed to 60ml (60cc) i suddently got huge gains. it also depends on the motor litre you have cuz if u spray to much in the combustion chamber has to much water and that causes the loss of HP

there are lots of variables. size of nozzles. the ratio of water to methanol. the boost you are running at and at what boost you are injecting. the location of nozzles.. etc etc

Great video! Alot of good information. I do hace a question tgat perhaps you can answer. You mentioned the Mercedes M157 intake and showed the placement of two nozzles mounted in the upper rear of the plastic intake manifold. Can these nozzles be installed by simply drilling the holes with the intake mounted on the engine or doe the intake have to be removed? I have tried to search for instructions on mounting them in that location but cannot seem to find anything.?

Remove it and drill it. Make sure no plastic goes inside the throttle

I have a VW Golf 1.9 TDI, diesel turbo. I am going to upgrade the turbo and put in a big front mount intercooler. I am thinking of a Snow Performance water methanol, Boost Cooler Stage 3 TD MPG-MAX kit, a dual stage kit with a EGT probe. In order to get more horsepower I have to upgrade fuel injectors. That will in turn generate higher EGT`s. I am aiming for boost pressure up to 30 psi. The horsepower I am aiming at is 250 horsepower. Where would be the best to put the injectors? How big injector do I need for stage 1, and how big injector do I need for the stage 2?

if there is a temperature sensor or MAF in the way after the intercooler, you will install before or after the sensor, For M1

Hi, what size nozzle? 2017 Boxster 2.0 4 cylinder, 25 psi boost, nozzle at throttle body, pure distilled WATER, no meth...thanks

I recommend 175cc nozzle injecting at high boost. My NA engine also have water injection.
