Why dont you use any natural sweeteners such as stevia or monk fruit instead of artificial sweetener sucralose which has been found to impact the microbiome and increase insulin resistance through a cephanic response? Please consider swapping to monk fruit or stevia in the future.

Are you concerned about leucine had on accelerating aging at a cellular level? Would you recommend increasing/decreasing protein intake if following a low carb/keto or intermittent fasting protocol where autophagy is triggered?

I buy and use vegan powders, but when I'm out and about away from home I pickup single serving diary protein drinks- it really messes with my stomach the rest of the day.

@@hammy9800 have you paid attention to the additives? I notice maltodextrin and dextrose is in everything and is becoming the new high fructose corn syrup! Some dressings do the same to me as well, and I haven't identified the ingredient. Within 30mins to an hour, im on the toilet! What protein powder do you use? I was trying to find a clean one to make 2 shakes ahead and take with me 🤣

I'm not a vegan but I've had to stop using Whey Protein as it increased my acne exponentially. Tried Pea Protein Isolate and the taste was truly unbearable. Vegan Chocalate protein flavoured was the only way forward.

The only thing imma say is the Gorilla is one of the strongest animal’s on land and they stick to a mainly vegetarian diet, feeding on stems, bamboo shoots and fruits. Meat is recycled protein they ultimately get it from a plant energy cannot be created or destroyed which means it’s transferred one of the only things meat has that’s plants don’t it heem iron which ultimately in my opinion lead to our advances the minute we start tasting that blood packed with that iron and the soybean was re-engineer by Monsanto a long time ago so idk how could that study be accurate when it’s not using the purest ingredients but hybrids so please enlighten me 🙂

@@PoisonnEnvyy you have to eat a lot a day if you are vegan that’s just how it is. A balanced diet is the best diet. 70-80% plants, and 30-20% meat. You shouldn’t eat meat everyday, but you should eat plants and fruits everyday. To completely remove meat from your diet will cause deficiencies.

I want to ask two questions 1) for example, if a vegetable protein powder has the same grams of protein as a whey protein, are they equivalent in volume? and 2) a question, do vegetable proteins for volume also need amino acids?

How do other people over 200lbs ~90kg consistently eat that much? The low end is about 150g of protein a day. The only way Ive ever been able to do this is with multiple blocks of tofu and 3+ protein shakes. It works well but becomes economically unsustainable after a time. I feel like there’s some secret im missing but maybe every vegan putting on mass is just nonstop slurping these things down?

What would be the best protein powder to take, pea protein isolate or brown rice protein? I've never taken a protein powder but am really trying to gain muscle but lose fat. I'm allergic to milk protein and soy so those are not an option.. I'm also going to take BCAAs If that makes a difference Thank you!

Blend it with Frozen fruit and plantbase milk maybe some oats. You wont have the starchy taste anymore.

If you just shake it this is what you get, I have mine blended with: 1 banana 5 blueberries 1 iceblock A cup of water/plant milk Scoop of peanut butter 2 scoops pea protein Delicious

Yes I did watch it and along with "what the health" have never seen any documentary loaded with lies and misinformation this much. The statement that we get the same kind of nutrients by eating cow as cow eat while eating grass for example. Those are probably the most harmful films on the Internet today. I encourage you to verify all the information provided by "doctors" and "nutritionists" you got there with liable scientific studies from respected institutes. Sadly, you'll learn that it's all lies.

Could you please present me a vegan bodybuilder who's at least a half the size (by muscle mass) of Ronnie Colemans impressive 300 at his prime? If not then sit down and go educate yourself. Logically, there are limits to how much protein your body can absorb and you'll never going to achieve a half of your potential muscle growth if you fill those limits with low quality of building material. Morals of the animal suffering behind closed doors for your meat and milk aside (and if you roll your eyes at that then go ahead and take a bat and go kill a duck with it and see peoples reaction when it's in plain site), we have access to a healthier alternative in abundance that pollutes less than if everyone switched to electric cars overnight, would solve our health crisis and cardiovascular/heart disease epidemic and it's simply far healthier but you only wrote what you wrote based on how culturally engrained that mindset is or that because it's a part of our history (like rape, murder, and cannibalism) people come to the logical fallacy that it must be the best choice.

@@TheFantasticFreak No you're not, sorry to burst your bubble. Our teeth, stomach lining, and more are all in line with herbivores from pigs to elephants. Our teeth alone are to grind seed, try biting into an animal test out your predator fantasy and see how well that works out for you, let alone eating raw for a prolonged period of time. Of course we can eat anything, there's a Guinness world record of someone eating a plane. But study the biology of actual predators that eat meat to survive. But I'm curious what your excuse would be for milk given that we're the only mammals in the world that drink milk passed infancy let alone milk from a different mammal. As for the last part, most people would likely not eat another human to indulge their taste buds and gluttony when they don't need it to survive. You can pretend to live on a stranded island with no other choice but that doesn't make it real nor a good excuse. I can come up with great excuses too to rob a bank or something.
