Great information!! 💕💕💕 I only use mechanically pressed, extra virgin coconut oil, olive oil, ghee and avocado oil for cooking. I need to get my hands on good (unrefined) sesame seed oil in USA, please suggest good brands Bhavnaben 🥰. Totally agree what Dr. Ramji explained, Refined oils are inflammatory to our body system and can cause myriads of health issues. It’s been many years since I used any refined oil, so glad I made that switch 😍.
