Guys don't listen to these people, our earlier generations used to mire fit than us without any medications, my grandfather is still alive and more active than me, he is 80 and I am 25. I used to take a lot of health supplements which he was completely against of, i consumed many medications on doctor's prescription for about an year, ni change in health, instead it kept deteriorating, also changed doctors a few times but nothing helped. But now from the past 1 month I have completely stopped all medications and started following what my grandfather suggests me to do like what to eat, how to exercise, natural supplements and tonics etc. and it has shown significant improvement in my health. These all doctors are just a piece of crap, they don't have the true knowledge and wisdom our elders have, they are just brainwashed people who have only book knowledge. So i request everyone to start listening to your elders for optimum health rather than these brainwashed people 🙏🙏🙏

They don't have any proves, all the studies are biased and just done in order to spread fear and sell there medicines. Just get your blood test done and if anything is found deficient than start taking it more from natural sources. Previously my level was 30 but after taking proper sunlight( like on whole body excluding genitals) it increased to 40. The doctor was also shocked after listening that I hadn't taken any of the medicines given by him. He told that for all his medical study they have just been brainwashed and had become agents of selling prescriptions, they have no knowledge how to find the true root cause and steps to cure it. They are just a medicine selling machine.😅
