Students usually do homework during breaktime at school. Also people think only universities at Seoul (the capitol) are good. They think other universities are sh!t (South Kores also has one of the highest student suicide rates)

A huge part in IQ development is brain development. Not only through education, but mostly by having a good and rich diet when growing up, as well as access to clean water, good healthcare, etc. Poor countries struggle more to achieve those goals, and so that's why we see so much difference in the lower end, and not that much difference in the upper end.

A huge reason why we start seeing things like burial practices and more complex tool creation, hell, even modern language, shortly after the control of fire is that we had a higher caloric intake, which meant better brain development, which led to higher intelligence. There is *some* genetic component, but seeing how the most genetically diverse place in the world is subsaharian Africa, we'd expect both the lowest and highest IQs to happen there. The fact that we don't, while not being proof of it, strongly points at genetics not being a huge component. The rest of the world hasn't actually had much time to develop such a noticeable difference in IQ. Similarly, we have very positive evidence that having a below-average diet as a child strongly correlates to a lower IQ. There's no reason to think it only happens on smaller scales. All ethnic groups have outstanding and "understanding" people in regards to IQ, but the variation, when accounting for diet conditions during growth, is pretty much the same across the human race.

I hate the concept of intelligence being measured by iq. The reason being, is that there are different types of intelligence such as survival. These is test neglect the fact that some of these countries do not have enough money to support education, or the government is copprupt. Edit: we should be thankful to have access to education.

IQ is one of the most well researched concepts of psychology, and one of the most evidence based ones too. There arent other kinds of intelligences, intelligence is one thing, being able to comprehend and solve complex problems logically (essentially). It's a defined concept. So things that do not correlate strongly with that arent intelligence. We can both agree there are 'dumb' people who are great musicians, and there are great survivalists (like tribes in the amazon) that are 'dumb'. 'Musical intelligence' or 'survival are different things entirely because they're not predictors of how well you are at solving complex problems logically.. We already have words for these different things, they're called *skills* or *talents*

It's funny how you mentioned Nepal. We don't take IQ tests here. It not a thing in our country. I don't think it's good to judge everyone on basis of European or American standards . I think that average IQ will be higher if the country is rich and spends a lot on training young brains.however I don't think that the true natural average intellect can be measured.every human is unique in their own way

For those who don't know, average IQ will always be 100. IQ is also set per age group. A child, let's say age 10, who performs at the expected level will have an IQ of 100 and an adult, age 30, will also have an IQ of 100 if they meet standard. Hope this helps explain IQ. I commonly see people treat it as a continuum and it's not that straight forward lmao
