Man 3 pokes in and you've got this all wrong. Ivysaur isn't trying to bite you, Ivysaur is going to whip you with vines before you can take a step. Venusaur can tank physical hits from pokemon bigger than you. Your attack is just gonna bounce right off.

Bullets/a Gun is an interesting case, if you take bullet seed as a reference (not sure how comparable that is) one does 15 damage, you also have water gun with 40 base power...Historically not the strongest interestingly
