Which META Ships Are Worth Lv 125? | Azur Lane

Renown Meta is great for boss fights, she’s actually pretty great against The Queen. Arc Royal is a very High DPS carrier who only gets beat out for damage by UR carriers, Renown is a good mob fleet BB, and Hiryuu is a great mob fleet carrier. Overall lots of Meta ships are. ‘Good to great’ but none really are spectacular. In Azur lane that means if you like any of the SSR metas and wanna 125 go for it it’s not a waste, but it’s also probably not the most ‘ efficient’ use but it won’t really be a costly one

Hiryuu and Helena are the only useful METAs for general use. For the Queen Elizabeth META fight, Soryuu is the best for clearing the PKs. Hiryuu's slashs sometimes leaves one alive and Helena takes forever to clear them.

Thank you! I'm been debating on what to do with raising my Meta ships for Queen Elizabeth Meta fight, especially since I'm supposed to be saving coins for whenever New Jersey event drops. I'll probably put some extra coins into Helena to get her into a usable state for the fight since I want to collect my coins from the Merchant before it overflows.

Helena META is a bad option against QE META for people who don't have +13 plymouth gun (can't defeat the knights in time), just use a lvl 120 Souryuu or Hiryuu META. Helena META doesn't see much use outside this particular fight, no point in wasting cog arrays on her.

@@captainfluffs7939 Thanks. Good to know. I definitely don't have that gun right now. I haven't used Cog arrays yet since I'm just breaking through Lv100 with Helena Meta right now. I haven't don't Souryuu and Hiryuu yet. I have Ark Royal, Arizona, QE for my Meta Unit options.

I only had Scharnhorst META lvled to 125 and I could still get 75 tokens consistently. Didn't bother raising the rest.

You only need Helena meta especially if you use a carrier fleet. (you just have to kill her knight before the 3rd radar scan)

Bruh just use the the name search function and type in meta so that only meta ships shows. much easier than going up and down.

Quick Questions guys. Everyone in the community, please drop and comment on your opinions and speculations but if I may. What future UR gacha BBs do you think will power creep both NJ and Vanguard. Doesn’t matter when then will come out, only matters if these new suggestions will power creep them based off historical value and potential value of firepower. Just want to know since we’re talking about BBs like QE.

It depends on the devs if they release units that are more powerful or a Supporting skill that exceeds the current best BB support. Personally for my scope. Ships that could creep them both are The rest of the Iowa class + the two Unfinished, Montana class, Yamato herself or her other unbuilt sisters. Lion class, G3 or N3 classes of WW1 era, Sovetsky if they made her UR. Alcase design. Probably the 1920 South Dakota even.

if we are basing on historical value...vanguard aint event that strong yet shes a UR...Historically only a few of the current UR are good IRL..so base on this almost any new UR "could" power crept the old ones.( it always depend on the devs what stupid op stats and skills theyll put).

Dont be stupid like me that made meta ships lvl 125, use a backline lvl 120 and it will work, i wasted arrays on this because i am stupid and now i am feeling it. You dont even need Helena meta lvl 125, if you dont have good gear just use a lvl 120 backline and it will work, right now i am using arizona meta and helena meta(already have her at lvl 125) GL to all

Im using Gneisenau since my helena is underlvled and without Aegir my Plymouth evn 125 cant last until the last salvoes so i guess ill cope since Gneisenau still has a slow so ehh

Depends what you want her for, because of her item Hood is actually decent again for mobbing, so Monarch might not be the best option. She is good enough for mobbing if you want, but a LOT of SRs are better than her for that role. Also if you are going to focus on a PR BB then FDG is a MUCH better option.

i know this will be controverial but i really like how they made this qe meta fight that you need to use meta ships and i hope they keep it up in the future i hope we just never get like a fight where we can only use meta which i could imagine when we get ur meta like enty, takao or bhr

I completely agree with you. It finally gives them a significant role. They aren’t as great a PR ships but they do alright in a full fleet of METAs for OS.

I'm still a bit new to the game, but i don't quiet understand what we are talking about. Does fighting QEMeta with another Meta ship do more damage? or is there a bonus or something?

QE meta has a special gimmick: she spawns a bunch of ghostly knights that acts as her meat shield and ghost gun (it's practically impossible to target her without clearing all the knights first) During this phase, QE meta gains tons of damage reduction, so we're kinda forced to clear the knights. The reward though is that once all knights are cleared, QE meta will enter a weakened state, allowing us to possibly one-shot her. And the horrendous thing about these knights is... only meta ships can deal damage to them. Normal ships can't.

Check Dossier Analysis in META Showdown. It's the one that uses the orange coordinates. Helena and other older METAs should be there.

OPSI meta fights or dossier and epic tier ones from the pass. Level them the same as normal ships with the benefit that skill exp is farmed by using them instead of leveling it through books
