The bondo sanding is always my happiest. Where they let me work they call me bondo premier. Great job you do

You are so correct as no one wants to repeat a job, waist time, waist materials and sand paper. This is the build coat, shaping the repair to match and blend into the entire panel. I thank you very much for the behind the scenes efforts as setting up a tripod, camera, download the entire footage, editing, watching it 2-3 more times to make sure it is ready then uploading, title, below video information, etc. it is funny as KZbin gives us certain options but due to loss of the ability to her my wife is one I'm ok with, but click on captions and "AI" interprets what you are saying, but running the air file or orbital sander give "Music" in the captions" even though we know what it is and sounds like, their computer software does not! Don't forget to shoot a video in the future on "DA" sanders used everyday and "Finish Sanders" that have a 5/16" orbital action compared to regular production "DA Sanders" with a 3/8" orbital action that end up with a total of 3/4" cutting activity, where the finishing DA sander is "Hook & Loop" used with a 1/2" buffer pad and the other does not but the pads can be changed between hook & loop to PSA sand paper. If you spray 3 coats of clear, then call it done. Or in high end restorations someone will pay for the extra time and material to spray 3, sand it smooth, nib it out, but wait for it to shrink, outgas, then wax & grease, tack & air gun it, laying two more coats on top of 600 grit sand scratches for tooth (TDS, baby) then machine polish and final swirl remover. Sometimes left alone if perfect or near perfect, like a dry spot. But after all, Greg you are talking some collision tech but many DIYers for that one car they want! Unless you get a few Bentley's or Porsche that need that extra depth of shine. DK. Omaha.

Thanks for taking the time to watch my videos and commenting. You seem to have good old midwestern common sense. We may be a dying breed and by making these videos I hope to pass on things that were taught to me and thing I developed on my own from many years of trial and error. Thanks again. Greg

Mud cutter is the best tool to use, once you get use to it. You can drive over a national Detroit mud cutter or DA and it will still work

I was given a long sander like this. Thank you for showing me how to use it. I'm interested what you are using for guide coat.
