You might not like that it sounds like WSS (because it sounds like the most natural progression from the last album, actually) with some new elements, but that's exactly this band, for the last three albums. Fun fact: when they were under a label, they made albums people EXPECTED to hear. The second they're not? Nu-metal, faster delivery, more melodic, variations in chord progressions, NOT just going heavy constantly. Hell, you'd think you'd get used to the band making the music THEY want, instead of falling into the groove YOU'RE comfortable with 🤷

Okay guys, I'm going to be honest with this. First of all, WSS is currently my favorite band along with Slipknot, so I'm not a hater, but that doesn't mean I can't dislike some songs by my favorite bands. I've been listening to WSS since 2016 when I was 18, I'm now 25 and soon to be 26. The first While She Sleeps album I heard was Brainwashed and you are we, and I fell in love with the band. , I never thought I would be able to discover a metalcore band with such a unique sound, so damn powerful and beautiful at the same time, then I heard that these are the six and north means nothing and I thought wow I love this band, it's very good and underrated. Then in 2019, I heard SO WHAT? And I wasn't a big fan because that's when they started to sound a little electronic, but they still sound like them and have a couple of banger songs and I also appreciate some beautiful riffs on that album, so whatever... In 2021, Sleeps Society definitely took a step forward, they still sound a bit electronic, but their vocals here sound much better than on the previous album and the whole album in general sounds more like the old WSS, especially EYE TO EYE, that song. It's just perfect. Now when it comes to this song, "SELF HELL", I'm a little worried and disappointed, this is definitely not the WSS I grew up with, I think they have started to lose their unique sound that I love so much and I hope the next one album doesn't sound completely like that, even the band's esthetic now look radically different and now they sound more like some kind of strange mix between Limp bizkit and BMTH and I really don't want the same thing to happen to this band that happened to BMTH. and don´t get me wrong I going still listen to you guys and still support you guys whatever happens. I just want to ask to you... if you guys change please don´t forget your oldest fans at all, that's it...😭😭🙏🙏🙏

This is one of the most insincere things I have seen and heard in a long time. It feels like they tried to appeal to Gen Z and made cringe as a result. There are some great moments in there, sure, but they are only small pockets in a sea full of utter tripe. This is a band that is self-funded and has a distribution-only deal. We shouldn’t be expecting this level of insincerity from WSS. But, we were just given it. I haven't been this angry about a band in a long time. Well done, lads.
