Hello everyone!!
Today's video is about making whipped cream ruffle cake and chocolate tiara. This tutorial will help you make chocolate tiara and chocolate decoration easily at home.
NOTE: About nozzle as some of them came without printed nozzle no. and some are self made I can only mention it's size(eg. Small/medium...) 😁.

Can u please tell the width part of nozzle you put down side or upside

It has usual nozzle size width. You can adjust the size as per your need for cakes.

First, great job Second, How do you get your melted chocolate to remain firm even after refrigerating it melts once it reaches room temperature

Hello! Thank you... It may be due to hot temperature or maybe you are using milk chocolate. Please use dark compound for better result.

@@prema_mycakejourney first I live in the Caribbean so yes my climate is basically hot but I have tried using chocolate chip, Wilton melting wafer n white callebaut chocolate ... do you just melt it and is any of what I mentioned above compound chocolate?

It's a 1.5cm long self-made rose tip.

How do u keep the chocolate melted for so long...my chocolate gets hard in this procedure

Mine remain soft n don't get hard so you're lucky ...

Please re-heat if gets hard and work while it get back in warm temperature and make sure you are using compound chocolate. 😊
