Thinking about doing the Whipple supercharger to my 2016 2500hd silverado. Did the kits seem to affect long term reliability with the trucks? Probably will keep it for years. Thanks!

How much different is this then the kit they supply for the F150 6.2l

Main difference is the coolant reservoir location and the intercooler placement . Other then that it was a step by step install. Now 2017 and up F250 6.2 Whipple SC in different do to the air box placement by Ford.

I see this was an 11-16 f250. what year exactly though? I have a 2016 f350 and I found this kit without a tb or plugs. just wondering if the old gt500 style throttlebody works with the 15-16 pcm

Love my Whipple. My only gripe is the belt should have been made 8 or 10 rib as standard

M tech solutions , right now they are installing 2017 supercharger , however , calibration needs to be finalized .

Why can't I find a damn SC kit from any major manufacturer!? They all quit making them for the v10. But I was thinking, the 5.4 is basically the same engine down to the belt routing. Can't I do a pro harder kit?

How long did it take to do the install? Also, did you put a heavier transmission and transfer case in? Didn't know if the extra hp would ruin the stock components rather quickly...

Install takes usually 8-12 hours and no we didn’t put a heavier transmission or transfer case

It’s the same transmission and transfer case that’s in the diesel, it will handle the 6.2l with a supercharger all day no problem
