In this video Jeff gives an update on his 2016 Mustang GT with a Whipple Supercharger Stage 2 System. The system has been on the car for a little over a week now and the car drives absolutely perfect. The Whipple Supercharger system is compatible on the 2015 Mustang GT, 2016 Mustang GT, 2017 Mustang GT, and a revised version will be available for the 2018 Mustang GT. This kit is often compared to the 2015 Mustang GT Roush Supercharger System.

I upgraded my tires to Nitto Invos, 285 in the rear, on a bolt on car. The stock tires wouldn't even handle the stock power most of the time. No doubt a tire upgrade is required for a blown car!!

I'm struggling to decide whether I should put a whipple supercharger on my 2017 gt, or just buy a Camaro zl1 1le. The camaro is already supercharged, so essentially the engine is built to handle the power. With the mustang you really need to have supporting mods to handle the power. 1. The kit is like 7k installed at a shop near me 2. Wheels and tires another 3k maybe 3. Another $600+ dollars for a clutch 4. Opg and driveshaft another 1k+ 5. Another 1k for a tune? So the kit really comes out to like a total of 10k+. For another 10k-15k you have a camaro that's already built ready to go and it looks great. Idk man, sometimes I feel like I shouldve just waited and not bought my car. I should've just waited and bought what I really wanted in a couple years after working. I really wanted a gt350 but my mind changes so much. One day I want a z06, the next i want an f90 m5, the next day i want to supercharge my car... idk man. Too many options to choose from, but I also kind of dont want to get rid of my car because my parents helped me buy it and it would be disrespectful to them.

So with your custom wheels you are able to fit a 345 wide tire in the rear without rolling your fenders? That is amazing. The biggest size I have ever heard of on a mustang for the rear is a 315. What size are you custom BC Forged wheels man. Because in the future I a want to do a supercharger on my 5.0 and have the right wheel and tire setup to hook in all gears.

BigOG TT they are 11.5 wide in the rear. The fenders are already cut from the factory so no rolling required.

Silver Stang only two things. Get better torque wrenches and buy a new timing cover gasket for the OPG/CSG Install.

Chivos adventures I personally have stayed away from them just because in most cases you'll never know the true history. I feel like it can end up costing a lot more with issues that may arise.

Sorry what traction mods have u added? So u mostly just have good tires. I heard it stick pretty good there. If not using street drag radials would you do panhard bar or control arms? Also I agree u could have 1000hp but if it doesn't hook up it means nothing. Thanks

Hi Jeff. Just curious if you have rear vertical links installed? I just installed some on my s550 GT and they made a huge difference in traction and wheel hop. I still need to replace the stock tires though lol. Thanks for sharing your whipple reviews, I can't wait until I get mine, but it's probably a year out for me before I can swing it.

smokethisgt I think the smoked tail light tint from americanmuscle.com looks better, in my opinion($40). To me the euro tail lights from a distance look like someone broke the outer red plastic shell with a baseball bat.

I am a new mustang owner and cant wait to drive it home everyday. I have been caught once by the sudden surge of power and lost the rear a little bit so now accelerate much more carefully into the corners. I used to drive a Ford ST and with its front-wheel drive I just gave it stick whenever I wanted to. Here is my question : if I was to set it to the "wet/snow" mode and accepting a little loss in power-would that make it safer to drive or ruin it completely

Depends IMO. I believe you should keep in regular mode but learn the car better.... no way i'd run mine in wet/snow, even in the rain - I just adapt, or ease on the throttle.

ben grimes I would recommend Corsa sport catback. If you want something that isn't too loud it also sounds insanely good inside and outside of the cabin.

Great videos. I have a California special GT 2017. I had a Whipple stage two installed and it’s incredible. Don’t get mad. I still have stock Pirelli tires they are called Nero. After 5k miles they were getting low tread and I rotated to front. I’m an ancient one and drive normally most of the time. I love the stock rims and do not want to change them. Would you please recommend a better tire for the car? I live in Louisiana so cold weather not an issue. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.:)

BigOG TT it's not been bad that's why I upgraded my heat exchanger. It's something that will be an issue if you continually do WOT pulls without letting it cool down.
