Put the softner in the compartment amd select the softner button thats it..now the machine wl do it work..

Whirlpool Washing Machine - Bad Product, Worst after Sale. and customer service too bad doing blackmail to customer. I am quite upset to mention that services being given by whirlpool employees are getting worse. Whirlpool Washing Machine - Bad Product, Worst after Sale. Worst experience, worst product & worst customer service since these are being managed by outside whirlpool and only makes money. Suggestion - Whirlpool should stop selling products that you can not provide the proper service to the customer. you are given third party service that very worse. he does blackmail. first paid money than get service

Whirlpool is one the worst washing machine selling company,it never removes dirt, look into the wash program, it will not even turn, soak ur clothes. I have wasted 20k by purchasing 7.0 stainwash deep clean.
