Read your tech sheet for newer models, you have to advance the unit for it to run a service diagnostic cycle

What happens after the diagnostics finish running???

So I’m running the diagnostic program now. I have replaced heating element, thermostat, and the board and it still isn’t working correctly. Do you have any advice?

Mine does not do anything when it is supposed to start the test. Only the 3 lights stay on.

Thanks. So, the diagnostic mode runs through all the functions and takes about half an hour? I thought it could test without going through all that so after the lights went on and nothing was happening I figured it didn't work :( . When the codes come on, do they continue until you open the door or do you have to be there at the very end to catch it once? Also, if it detects a problem half way through, will it stop and keep flashing that code or will it flash and move on to the next one?

I'm having an issue getting it to run the diagnostic. I did the 3 buttons 3 times and all the lights come on but it never does anything.

It takes like 3-5 minutes to think be patient. Also takes 13-15 minutes to finish all the cycles
