Thanks for your video. I have the same stove. Got it new in November 2017----- I need to replace the first knob mechanism on the left side of the stove. It is just worn out, I use that burner all the time. I have to turn it a fourth of a turn or so to get the burner to come on. Do you know where I could get the mechanism and cost. I need to know about Stove top. The burners won't stay hot to boil water. I have dual front burners. I tried to cook on them and the burner kept going off instead of staying on. It took 20 minutes to boil 1/2cup of water. The burner kept turning off. Like the coil burners will stay on till you turn it down. This is a pain in the neck. If I want to cook a big dinner I'd have to start in the early am. How do I keep the burners on high is my question?

It's so you can put a frozen item in the oven. Put the temp it says on the package and it should be done by the time it's listed on the package

I have the fancy 550 model with coil cover on top inside the stove I noticed the pre heat takes longer then my GE stove, just an observation, having the bottom coil covered is nice for cleaning

OMG, same here! Our new WFE535S0LZ arrived 3/31/2023 to replace an older Whirlpool electric range that came with our house, and finally went bad. I baked in the new oven on 3/31/2023, and smoke poured out of the oven vents...smelled bad, almost like an electrical fire. Set off kitchen smoke alarm! This new range replaced the first brand new one that arrived 3/17/2023 but never worked. So...we are so relieved to hear that others experienced smoking at the initial use. Baked in oven again (@300, then again @350) 4/1/2023...noticed a little smell, no smoke. Baking casserole in oven now (@400) 4/2/2023...no smoke no smell.

You just turn the knows for where you want your pan on the stove top and put the know on the setting you want. Hit the bake or broil buttons for the oven. Set the temp you want. I've never used the lock on mine so I'm not sure how that works

I just had this range/oven delivered yesterday. I used it last night and noticed the oven light does not come on automatically when the oven door is opened. The range you should just be able to turn the know to the settings you want. The oven hit the bake button then set your temp. That's how mine works any way. I don't know if that helps

I have this exact oven but why is it so complicated to work. Thats why i never use it. I use my toaster oven. But when I'm cooking meats like chicken meatloaf etc in the toaster oven sometimes it doesn't cook all the way and it be red in the inside. I usually put it on 350 but idk that's enough and if i should put it on a higher tempature

Where did you order the motherboard I have this exact stove that the top works fine but no clock display and nothing from the keypad at all so oven can not work without the buttons. Any help is appreciated I don’t wanna have to buy an entire new stove I hope not anyway

No idea if you should clean it before initial use, and the manual was useless. If it's any consolation, our brand new Whirlpool range (delivered on 3/31/2023) smoked like crazy when I baked in the oven the first night, and smelled awful. Tonight (4/2/2023) is my 3rd night using the oven, and there's no smoke or smell. Maybe there's a break-in period???
