My baking element isn't heating in my maytag wall oven. We replaced that, and it still isn't heating. How do we get to the inside to check out the problem from there?

What would be the reason to replace the block? I’m getting intermittent power lose but the power comes back if I wiggle the cord. I have replaced the power cord once already and getting the same issue repeating.
