I had a couple of those with the same problem within a couple weeks of each other. I wrap a piece of wire around the heater and down the drain kinda like the samsung situation. Haven't heard back and its been over 6 months. Thanks for posting this movie.

Happens with other models. Wi Separate defrost heater are available

this refrigerator is such a Piece of junk. Poorest design I have ever seen and mine has done this since it was new. I am so frustrated - paid a lot for it too
