After replacement, does the Computer cycle the motor to home the actuator arm? Will an unhomed actuator on position #3 keep the machine from starting a wash cycle? Does the switch merely detect that the actuator is moving and the motor functions? Mine moved for a partial turn, I hit the cancel button and now the machine never starts a cycle. I’m replacing the computer board too, as the drain pump motor never turns on. I replaced the drain pump after finding a charred dime inside the filter pod. I think it must have jammed in the impeller and caused the motor to burn out, the CCU board as well, the K1 relay on the board. But I won’t know until I install the new board. Suggestions?
