To prepare this cream, it will take a few minutes of your time and just a few ingredients!
What kind of Fruit jelly can be used to make this cream??? - any dry fruit jelly based on GELATIN, which is sold in each country from different manufacturers! (for example, Dr. Oetker, Jello, Haas, Nestle, Mriya, Winiary, and so on)
Gelatin acts as a thickener for the cream, which is contained in the jelly and in this case gelatin perfectly combines with the cream!!!!
This amount of cream is enough to decorate 16-20 cupcakes and a layer of cake D16-18 cm
INGREDIENTS:
50-100 g of dry fruit jelly (depending on the manufacturer. I have 71 grams in my video) Look at the quality of your jelly
4-6 tablespoons of cold boiled water for swelling jelly
200 ml of chilled cream for whipping at least 30% fat content
8 g vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
60 g of powdered sugar
200 g of chilled yogurt 2.5-10% fat content (I have 3.5% fat content in the video)
