Yoghurt Cream RECIPE:
yogurt - 350 g
egg C1 - 2 pcs.
sugar - 50 g
corn starch - 30 g
butter 82% - 160 g
condensed milk - 150 ml

The temperature of the ingredients is very important!
butter and condensed milk should be at room temperature - I usually have 25-26 С
brew base - 26-28 С
