absolutely love this 2024-01E, but then again it's my first ever "upgrade" over my favourite go-to Woodford Reserve when it comes to Bourbons. The variation in prices between the 2024 releases was insane. I almost got charged £200 for a different batch.

I have just opened my bottle tonight. It is good. I'm enjoying it. However, compared to 2022-02, it does not compete. That bottle was absolutely outstanding, and I kick myself that I did not buy two when I had the chance.

Question for WhiskyJason , has this bottle opened up into a better bottle? 2023-01e (Can) got way better after 2 months air time and got a lot of sassafras/rootbeer notes i loved.

Can i know the difference between 2024-01 and 2024-01e? I heard that they are different of being matured time. If you have tried 2024-01 , can you tell me the difference?
