i rly resonate w the disconnection to myself and the rly asking myself, what matters? these last weeks ive felt v decentered n like i have regressed in terms of where i was w my healing, feels like things i thought i had finished dealing w internally have resurfaced to fully show how wounded i still am. i keep ruminating over past negative experiences and abt this one person in particular that hurt me a lot, n i fall into a desperate energy where i start obsessing over it all, i realize ive been feeling so off bc i am quite literally self abandoning as i wiuld do w this one person for their sake but now im doin it even if hes no longer here. maybe the fact that this has resurfaced in me is good bc it means i can face this trauma that previously i was in denial of. im still very much hurt and i need to connect back to myself n give myself that unconditional love to heal and keep walking.

Fantastic variety stream Silke! Love the crackling of the candle flames 🕯️🪔 and the use of several different crystals during today’s Reiki sessions! 🔮 From the darkness of the Smokey quarts 💨 to that pink rose one 🌸…it’s so energizing 😊…The sound effect ya made with the Smokey quarts while using it as a cutting tool was a nice touch to the session as well 🙂💜 The part where I got the utmost relaxation is where ya told us to “soften our gaze and close our eyes“ As you were covering our 👀 with the palm of ya hand 🤚 sending us off into a deep slumber as the session still went on with all the relaxing background noises 🙂 Thank you for all you do with ya amazing sessions Silke and hope ya have a fantastic week! 🐺🔮💜 Also stoked as today is the start of May aka my birth month! 🎂…Taurus bdays Rule! 🎂🎉🐂👍
