Press, press 😁 Also for the first time in 8 years I'm wearing my hair in it's natural wavy state in a video. I tried some anti frizz products, quite fun! I remember when I was a kid having chemo there was this lovely music therapist that came to the ward once a week. I was bedridden, so she came to my bed and gave me singing bowl sessions. I still love the sounds of these bowls. So warm and relaxing.

You would love "The Lune Innate ASMR" . She has tons of videos with seed rattles, much like this. She also has fairy (very tiny) and regular rattles as well, and uses them the same way they are used in this video. If you haven't seen this video by her yet, it has a good showcase of sounds. I was so hoping you would do another singing bowl video. They are among my favorites. In fact, I was watching one of your older singing bowl videos last night from June, 2019 and I fell right off to sleep. I always watch one of these videos especially when I need to relax and get to sleep. I find them so calming even for stress or anxiety relief as well. Now I am cuddled up in my armchair, the imaginary crystal heart in my hands and the smell of lavender in my nose. What can I say - it works - the breathing and mind become calmer as the video progresses. The sound waves of the singing bowls literally flow through the body. At least it feels like that, even if I of course know that I can only hear it in my headphones. The whole time I have the feeling that Madam Emma knows exactly what is going on and what is needed. She radiates a cheerful serenity all the time, paired with concentration and seriousness. Everything together creates a small retreat - hard to believe but that's exactly how it feels to me. Very nice recording - thanks for that.

That nut shaker sounds fantastic, not what I expected when I clicked this but damn, I need a whole hour of that! Very gentle and satisfying sounds. But the bowls are lovely too, quality video as always Emma 😊 Edit: also your hair is gorgeous! When mine started getting wavy I couldn't handle the frizz for the longest time but as it turns out, the more I embraced the curls and used the right products instead of treating my hair like it was straight, the better it got.
