Luckily they always have 2 sherps on hand when traveling through that terrain so that if 1 sherp gets stuck, the other one can tow it out. Some days I would have to just settle for the fact that I woke up and had all my limbs, and a roof over my head, but I noticed after about a month I felt a huge momentum shift in a positive direction, I started having more and more positive things to think about when I'd wake up because I was subliminally making my mental state improve therefore I was seeing actual positive results in my day to day routine AND my business dealings. I suggest you give this an honest try and I guarantee you will have positive results. I was told by a good friend one time, the only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time, and its 100% true. Don't beat yourself down over things you can't control, and don't try and solve all your problems in one sitting because it'll never happen.
