Looking forward to seeing this project. What was plate that guy was lifting, 20 gauge? Please use thicker plate than that. Use like 1” AR (extra hard steel) plate, 10” of concrete, then another 1” AR plate on the inside. That will stop anything. Get a gantry crane in that garage for setting the plates. Tracing a straight edge with a plasma cutter will be sufficient for cutting the plates.
