I just made these...holy moly!!! beyond delicious. I never had cookies with fresh fruit like this....the strawberries with the cookie and choc..this is the best cookie I have ever made!! and btw, I didn't have paste, I used vanilla extract

ok, here's a follow up. I made these cookies today, and they are DELISH! The only thing I changed was that I didn't have an orange, so I used lemon zest instead. The fresh strawberries were cooked, but still firm and juicy. And the white chocolate with the strawberries, just YUM. Thank you Laura!

Love this recipe!!! When I was scooping out the batter onto the tray, I was worried because it was craaaaazy sticky - but when it baked, the cookies turned out lovely and moist (but not too liquidy) and so good :D Thanks heaps!

Made these & these are phenomenal! However, if your strawberries are super juicy, I would reduce the amount that you use! Otherwise, your cookies have a reddish brown tint! But nonetheless, my favorite cookie now!!! YUM!

Hi Laura!!! I use the same Vanilla paste. If you have a TJ Maxx or Marshalls they should have them. Thats where I get mines and its cheaper!!!
