I always hear Azure is a bad idea as F2P and that people should go Black Tortoise, but I feel like this statement is totally wrong. If you start the game on a new server, every hero you get for free that is playable is Azure. Gin, Matsumoto, Toshiro. Or White Tiger, in the form of Zaraki and Ichigo as pure F2P. This pretty much forces you down the Azure path if you want any chance of getting Zaraki for free and at 4 stars. The best Black Tortoise heroes are all released like 3 - 4 weeks after you have been trying to progress. Kyoraku and Unohana. And Unohana isn’t even useful without spending money to make her 4 stars. I would say the whale team is Black Tortoise and the F2P is Azure. Because Yamamoto comes out about 5 weeks after server life and he fits easily into a team you have already been building up. Same with Bankai Toshiro. To make a Black Tortoise team extremely viable, you need them to be 5 or 6 stars so they can tank correctly and outlast the other team. Black Tortoise is great if you have lower initiative, but it requires just as much invest or even more if you look at how long it takes to get good heroes for Tortoise.

I have Mayuri 5* and Shunsui for tanking. Ulq would be nice but with 6.8k jades and 30 tokens I wont be able to summon him for 4 star, and on white ichigo I would have a chance for that 2 weeks later.

It would come down to your team but since you already have shunsui and Mayuri, I think you are good in tanks. I would personally got for white Ichigo

You are just making another account on another server so you start with nothing again. So Yes you would lose everything

Well, i think i understand it, depending on how long you have been playing on the server it will depend on the banner you will get, because the first banner happened to show up for me after playing for 19 days, so, thats means on day 75 and 89 ill be able to get the banners for Ulquiorra and W.
