I used to run marathons.. I would run and train like crazy. Everytime I ran I would come home and drink a power smoothie. Don't worry about the sugar, (your body needs it.) I used a powder protein to add.. But, it would save me from cramping, pain, and soreness. If i didn't have one i would wake up in the middle of the night with a cramp that would jump me out of bed. Lol, not fun. But, I would always have frozen fruit and leafy greens in stock. And running a mile after 40, is challenging for sure! I love your channel, I love the tumblers. I am having fun learning with my daughter. Thanks for all the hours of entertainment!

Thanks for sharing i really like the revamp. I just started a week ago and i love alcohol inks. Ive only sold 2 cups so far but I'm getting better n better. Now i need one more turner...but id love to have a 6 cup turner! I saw on amazon u can order the parts and make the stands urself so i think thats the route im gonna go. Thanks so much for the video i love it!

Absolutely! I have been using Envirotex lite for a while. I just grab it at Michaels with a coupon. I’ve also seen it on amazon for about the same as using a 40% off. I usually wait for a 50 or 60% though.

Just to seal the white. It may not be necessary, but in my head colors could transfer onto something else or white could get stained by something (like kool aid or similar). 😁

For your muscles I suggest A LOT of stretching, roll your muscles out on a foam roller, and warm bath with epsom salt... also if you have BCAAs... also protein!

Oooh! What’s a BCAA?? I’m probably going to feel really dumb when you tell me, it’s probably obvious! 😆 I have done tons of stretches for sure. It’s just my feet that are bothering me now. 😩

@@ThePurpleStitch they are Brach Chained Amino Acids... they help with muscle recovery... plus if you have a small ball roll your feet on it and soak them in hot water...

What white alcohol ink do you use?? I am unable to find any in Michales or Hobby Lobby and seem to only find mixative online but have ready not to use the mixative??

I’ve only found white in the piñata kit or as a black/white combo on amazon. I posted a link to that on a post a few weeks ago. I think it’ll be on the community tab. 😬 I haven’t looked from the viewer side for that.
