Hii.. thank you for your feedback ☺️ sauce has the tendency to thicken when it cools down, so you can reserve some more pasta cooking stock ( water in which pasta is cooked ) and add it little by little so that the white sauce thins to desired consistency

You can't use cream instead of milk, however to make it more creamy, you can add 1 - 2 tbsp of cream along with milk

Hello, I have used atta /wheat flour. The ingredient mentioned is wheat flour / all purpose flour, so you have the option of using all purpose flour if you wish but atta/wheat flour works equally well
