Regarding the above comment, I agree. Some real conflict within Vision would be amazing. He was created a bit too perfect in Age of Ultron, without any internal conflict. Even when he was telling wanda to kill him in Endgame, he wasnt remotely conflicted about it. I like characters a bit screwed up and confused. So hopefully White Vision is a mess now in need of a good arc!

In more simple way: Vision and Ultron had a common iCloud which white vision got logged out after a hard reboot. At the library Hex Vision gave White Vision his login back hence he can access all the memories

I just realized there’s another way for white vision to have ultron’s memories. SWORD had been trying to rebuild Vision during the blip. His head had a big ol hole in it, and given how Vision was made (both programming and hardware) that might have been beyond what they could do. So, I think they rounded up the spare Ultron parts in Sarkovia (sp) snd used that to help stitch Vision back together. He could have not just the memories but Ultron might replace the figurative and literal hole the mind stone left behind I guess we will have to wait and see

I believe white Vision will have a huge part in the end of this next phase. I believe he’s either going to be one of the main heroes or one of the main villains. Either way he will be a huge part of the story in the future. Especially with the time variant thing now being the true hint to what is coming in the MCU. If you play the game marvels strikeforce then you will also get a hint on what characters will or should be showing up in future Marvel films. That’s just a little tip I wanted to give you guys. One thing about the pic of vision in white visions memory that you say is from Ultron....you have to remember that, that scene takes place long after Vision is changed and disconnected from Ultron....so their is no way he could have gotten that memory from Ultron.
