I like the way you make Shite Sangria, so inviting. However, due to the availability of stuff in where I live (China) I only have whiskey or brandy to put into the jar, along with fruit (peach, orange, apple) and a bottle of white wine. I'd put the mix into the fridge for 4 hours and serve with iced soda.
