Whitebait and shrimps - catch and cook - coastal foraging

Coastal foraging catch and cook - we caught shrimps and whitebait - these are small herrings. We were fishing with a shrimp net, bought at Decathlon - its great for prawns and other sea creatures.
I show you a really simple way to cook up this tasty fresh seafood.

Thank you! I didn’t do anything to the fish - just rinse them quickly and sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper. Add flour or batter if you prefer them more crispy, but usually don’t do that.
