My all time favorite solo. John Sykes make the guitar sounding like crying, followed by a great riff. 1987 Whitesnake album would've never be the same without John Sykes. 🤘🤘🤘

There wouldnt be any david coverdale is it wasnt for john Sykes n thats a FACT! Not on the level david reached after dumping everyone and running off with all the writen music.... ya know, just like ozzy did to everyone but Zack. Sykes melodic solos are so so dam beautiful! My favorite solo of all time ... very simple to play but prime example of ya don't have to p,ay a billion miles an hour to lay down a great great guitar solo n thats IS THIS LOVE guitar solo... i just wish it was at least 8 more bars lol... what a smooth n beautiful intoxicating solo on that song. John is probthe best riff master.. dime bag was too.. but for me, sykes playing is right on the fkin money! Just absolutely perfect!

Part of my childhood. Always thought this was the best track on 1987. Killer soloing. Hope you are keeping well mate. I saw you in Belfast and Gary Moore not too long after.
