In my opinion..Whitford is the backbone of Aerosmith..St.Holmes is a superb vocalist as well as a guitarist.

I wonder why Derek did not ask Steve Pace to play and go out on this tour ? Steve played with Derek in the mid 90's and was still in Atlanta where Derek lived at the point it all started. Steve is an awesome player...He played with Krokus and many other bands through the years. Never got the chance to ask Derek. Just for the record I played for Derek after Steve left to do a tour with a band in Europe. Great times playing with him.

This is a fantastic group. St. Holmes has some amazing vocals and can play an axe. He does Strangle Hold as well or better than when he was with Ted. Brad, Buck and Chuck round this group off. Brad is an entire story all by himself.

Ted and Derik really blend some great guitar from 2 of the countries most powerful bands but St Thomas's vocals are what still melts your auditory senses... Awesome...

Brad Whitford can play all of Ted Nugent's licks and then some! Adds a nice jazzy flair to Stranglehold! I came here to see if he could do it--man, was I surprised! And he's ten times more humble than the Nuge!!
@mikelair91442 жыл бұрын
Everyone is more humble than Ted!!! Especially Whit. Just think about all the great tunes these two have played key roles in bringing to life. Ted's greatest and Aerosmith greatest as well. Significant contributions gentleman.

Great team of veteran players in Rock music 🎵 history at its better moments back then. Though, the sound quality is not "up to specs", which all to often, is a typical problem of recording live shows.

Derek's voice is all over Stranglehold! Miss Ted's pure power on this riff...no one plays that like Ted. Whitford is a great player - I prefer his work over Perry's
