When asked by Terry if she has considered or been offered a film role, the way in which Whitney mentions a possible role with Kevin Costner is spooky; not least for the fact that the role in which she would play alongside Kevin would catapult her from a superstar to absolute megastardom on a level that had probably only been since five times in the history of showbusiness - Iconic status similar to that of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Michael Jackson and Freddie Mercury. The element of the movie that would get her there? The soundtrack to The Bodyguard - a hit that would become her signature tune and a record that every human being I imagine would be familiar with. Chris (UK).

Whitney Houston had a sexual relationship with Jermaine Jackson. Bobby Brown had a sexual relationship with Janet Jackson. - prior to Whitney Houston (26) becoming involved with Bobby Brown (20). She pursued him. Whitney Houston’s older brothers, who battled with drugs and were on her payroll, turned her on and supplied her with drugs, before, during and after, Bobby Brown was in the picture. Many books have been written confirming these matters. We have to respect and accept Whitney’s choices and the love, marriage, daughter and life they shared. All Whitney ever owed her millions of fans, was to share her voice; which she did brilliantly. Her private life belonged to her. Same could be said about Michael Jackson, Prince, Elvis and plenty of others. They were human. Let’s honor their memory and let them all Rest In Peace.

After watching that past interview, I'm MORE CONVINCED than EVER that Whitney should've MARRIED Michael Jackson! I liked what she said about NOT TRYING to TOP what you've done in the past. After the success of Michael's 1982 MEGA-PLATINUM album, Thriller, he became OBSESSED over trying to TOP its sucess. But if he had MARRIED Whitney, she would've made him CHILL about all of that, which would've been MUCH BETTER for him, I think. He became so OBSESSED over trying to TOP Thriller that it CHANGED his entire PERSONALITY! Having Whitney as his WIFE would've helped MJ to STAY REAL to HIMSELF and start ENJOYING his success. Oh yeah, MJ DEFINITELY should've MARRIED Whitney and made her QUEEN of his Neverland Ranch! As solo artists, they were both GREAT but TOGETHER, they would've been even GREATER!!!

Idk 😐 just seem like her people around her could have been more watchful over her affairs and Pat should never allowed her to go out and party if she was a recurring drug user because it took her back down that same road those last few days and night at that Hotel & that's was it she went too far & unfortunately & never regain or came back from it & now she is gone so sad & Bobby Chris was also under Pat care still failed again so what does that say about Pat & now Pat is still trying to cash in on Whitney legacy God help her Greed gets u nowhere Pat u will lose it all in the end as well if u was never genuine about ever helping Whitney & her baby girl Bobby Chris God bless u Whitney & Bobby Chris RIP

Cissy taught her daughter everything about the bussiness and warned her for the dangers. Cissy was always there for her but if you did some research before making remarks like that, you'd know that when Whitney became a grown woman there was only so much her mother could do. Read Cissy's book and educate yourself. Cissy tried her best to protect Whitney. But when push came to shove: Whitney was a grown woman who made her own decisions in life.
@marthajane66179 жыл бұрын
I think Cissy Houston lacked love for her daughter, all she wanted was the money and fame, to say she was a good mother is a stretch. Whitney on the other hand was doped down and could not be a mother, or anything else for that matter, so sad.
@A-DUB-YA9 жыл бұрын
+WhitneyIsBack I agree on everything you stated. Cissy loved her daughter fiercely and protected/shielded her as best she could from the dangers of show business. Like you also said, Whitney became a grown woman and made her own choices and took her own chances and beyond that point, there was only so much Cissy could do for her (outside of praying for her.) That is rather rude and presumptuous of someone to say how a mother didn't love her daughter or didn't do the best for her daughter. How do you know? None of us know because we weren't even there.
