One thing about this song that I think really brings the whole thing together is the synths. Jonathan's choices on the keyboard really fleshed out the song and added a unique ambience to the song.

Salt is the first TDWP song I've heard in full (having heard some live snippets on Audiotree Live before, and having been introduced this band because of Stray From The Path). Needless to say, I'm in love!! Definitely gonna check more of them out.

Something about this song just works for me. It’s one of those that is comforting to listen to, and the fact that it’s a relatively straightforward track works so well in its favor. It’s so easy to listen to, and the little nuances that you point out make insanely interesting on repeated listens. Phenomenal track.

Anne Hathaway! I have loved every new single they have put out including this one, I think this new sound is perfect for them and is way better than all previous material. Every member brings their best and it's phenomenal. I think Salt is very original, catchy and just slaps, even though it's more of a "radio song".
