The Guild Ainz Ooal Gown is actually ranked 9th at its peak. You might think that's surprisingly low, but that's not considering the fact that they only had 41 members. Majority of the other guilds had the max 100 members and the top guilds also likely had subordinate guilds so it's really impressive that they managed to achieve so much at basically 41% vs the other guild's 100%. Also only "Heteromorphic" players are allowed in the guild. No Humanoid or Demi-Human. And finally, they like roleplaying as the evil final boss type monsters.

The part about Ache was different in the web novel and is by many agreed to be the superior version. In the web novel Arche survived and became a servant of Shalltear and her little plaything. She also educated Ainz in how to behave in high society. Her sisters were taken to Nazarick as guest and protecte. The reason why most fans agree this is the superior version in regards to her is that the author confirmed what happened to her sisters in the other version. In the LN/manga/anime version the author confirmed that after Arche did not return the parents sold the young twin sisters into slavery to continue their wasteful lifestyle. The girl were then supposedly R''ed till they died from it.
