@@TheHeckOfficial Nazarick players took the role of the big bads pKing the other players, that why all those guilds banded together to break in Nazarick. A lot of the defeated players got tortured till they couldn't stand it and logged out.

In the anime, omega's existence was alluded to during ainz interrogating sebas scene in s2. When tuare wanted to work with sebas, solution protested saying that she is human, then ainz mentioned something about omega
