Please thank Janet for being so honest about her struggles. I've had the same ones and it's really good to hear people who've gotten past them.

First time watching the podcast; I remember Janet's audition, then hearing about her personal struggles much later on. She's badass. Great episode!

I'm on those same tablets at night as Janet, it's literally crazy how hungry you get. You could go all day and barely eat a thing, take those and an hour later and you're inhaling an entire box of cereal and that's just the starter

I wouldn’t call it “whinging” but being expected to “ overshare “ when you don’t want to, and the reason they are mining for that is a bit cynical and would find it distasteful too. There might be a time and a place on one’s own terms where it might help others to feel less alone or not weird , wrong or shame if they can relate but not for entertainment or sympathy ( as opposed to relatable and empathy) or give the public a false Cinderella story and the possible expense of dignity. The victorians had slum tourism and “freak” shows and whilst it may not be quiiite like that there something that doesn’t feel totally comfortable.
