Thats an intersting comment on alcohol and food. I am an an alcholic but I eat once every five days.I have depresson and anxiety disorder so its nice to see I'm not the only one with problems.

I wouldn’t call it “whinging” but being expected to “ overshare “ when you don’t want to, and the reason they are mining for that is a bit cynical and would find it distasteful too. There might be a time and a place on one’s own terms where it might help others to feel less alone or not weird , wrong or shame if they can relate but not for entertainment or sympathy ( as opposed to relatable and empathy) or give the public a false Cinderella story and the possible expense of dignity. The victorians had slum tourism and “freak” shows and whilst it may not be quiiite like that there something that doesn’t feel totally comfortable.
