For me, the best part about Trevor and Vi's sandwich is how practical it is to be made at home and actually for breakfast because it doesn't have a ridiculous number of components that one would feel too lazy to make/put together for breakfast. Can have homemade sausage ready and stored in the freezer, can have pastry/bread/bun bought from somewhere, and just have to cook the sausage and egg and its ready!

Bagel, herbed cream cheese, fried baloney, fried egg over easy or medium, argula with a thin strip of honey across the top and a bit of hot sauce. Super basic, amazing sandwich.

@@fmlAllthetime oh I am such a huge fan of garlic and herbed cream cheese! One of my favourite breakfasts (and not just sandwich) to make was a croissant, cut open and toasted, herbed cream cheese and fried eggs in between. So filling and absolutely delicious!

As a colombian, it aint chicharrones if it’s not crispy. That sandwich needed that crispyness. Also, the arepas were a bit too thick for a sandwich honestly. They could have just used one of them cut in half and stuffed. Thats how we do it
