Go beside a couch, squat till almost on the ground, and fold your upper body onto the couch so it's holding 90% of weight and upper body is laying down. Is that standing still? Your butt isn't on anything. Your feet are still on the ground. If so, the competition was doomed from the start Lol. Needed better wording :)
