I hope it has a follow me or “follow the controller” mode. I learned you can use different apps or whatever to get those features on the mini 2, but I really don’t know much about it as I am just barely getting interested in a drone. I just want it to follow my truck when offroading for the most part! 😅

I don't trust those second party apps either LVRusty 😅 but to include the tracking means they have to include obstacles sensors, and let’s just hope that does affect the way the drone flies. Thank you for leaving a comment, I appreciate it 🙏

I bought the Mini SE and the Autel Nano Plus, but sent the Autel back--I love the SE, but I am excited to see if the Mini 3 has the follow me modes. I have been very happy with the 2.7K but 4K and longer battery life would be great! The Autel just felt like a cheap drone and it had all kinds of firmware issues. Come on Mini 3! Subbed!

The question I tried to answer was repeated many times in the comments: "Should I buy the Mini 2 or wait for the Mini 3?" So I guess they are. However, Jose all the specs about the Mini 3 are just rumors l. Anyone can make an Excel page in Chinese language and claims he works at DJI. So I hope that they include these specs and it's not just rumors. Thank you for your feedback Jose, I appreciate it 🙏

Great content. I'm total with u, Mini 2 is a remarkable drone. Yes, the Mini 3 will definitely have improved. However, I'm not a big fan of the obstacles avoidance sensor. If it's on Mini 3, I really hope DJI would have 2 versions of Mini 3. 1 with all the sensors at a higher price, the other one without the sensors and we can get it at a much cheaper price. My guess is the starting price at USD729??

I'll definitely have the mini 3 if it had a 1 inch sensor and that's it I mean obstacle avoidance usually is rubbish so leave that out and all would be good because there's definitely a massive difference with a bigger sensor although my mini 2 is awesome but I got the mavic 3 and very limited where I can fly in the uk so would definitely like a mini 3 with a bigger sensor and that can handle low light as well and under the 250g that means I can fly almost anywhere. Good advice though my friend and even as a beginner the normal mini 1 is really good in 2.7k 😁👍👌🇬🇧
