Who is experiencing? Or is there just experience. Who has the experience of self realisation or do we see that the seeker was just an experience that The Self can have. It was the play of life, awakening to what is already there. The one appearing as many.

Right now, i am sitting on a chair. It feels like a me sitting here. Its happening to & for ME! And yet, there is just the sensations, in this body, of sitting on a chair...there's just sitting for no one or thing. Sitting is happening but to & for NO ONE! Its a paradox that i cannot explain just now. I just stood up from the chair & yet standing up simply HAPPENED...for no one! It's too difficult to talk about. 😮

Brilliant! Your talk reminded me of the concept of the "unborn". I used to think of it as some spiritual intelligence that has to be found. But no! It's just the idea that any concept of "arising" or "perishing" is an experience. If a person is meditating without any thoughts, that is still an experience. The subtle feeling of being in your body and "experiencing" something external is still an experience, but a subtle one that is difficult to notice. No observer or even the observed! Just suchness :D.

Just got finished with the John Astin video and he was asked if it is necessary to go through some sort of travail to get to where he and you are, and he basically said no, but qualified it a little. I think what is necessary is to have a higher vibrational shift to be able to SEE this new reality, and whatever it takes to achieve this shift is what IS necessary, understanding your explanations are important, but this shift in vibration is the key. Like how?, one way would be a commitment to chose only Love, alchemize Love in yourself, in others and in every situation you come across, find the Love in everything, an all-pervading Love that we never knew existed. That would be one way, Miss Collette!

It is separating the physical and the non-physical (spirit) parts of us. The physical aspect includes the body's prompts, senses, thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.

Thank you for your lovely comment. I have spoken about this in my interview with David Bingham which was a week after self realisation. Perhaps in the later interview with Alice which I go into how it was as unfolding afterwards. But its a good idea perhaps to do a shorter video on the journey up to, the realisation and how it’s unfolding 👍 I will link those two videos here incase you haven’t seen them.

There is the direct experience that there is not an experiencer. That’s why I thought I would see if this would prompt others to look at what feels directly true for them. Johns video prompted a deeper exploration of what had already been seen but not deeply explored. It can be really interesting to explore into non conceptual awareness. 😊👍
